Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags and protective seals are undisturbed.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
